All Out of Hour consultants have access to the same systems as your dedicated business hours team (i.e. reservations, traveller profiles, negotiated supplier rates and policy information). They are also able to manage last minute bookings, changes or cancellations to existing reservations and resolve any discrepancies at check-in.
