Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Europe has bolstered its Client Services team with the appointment of David Di Feliciantonio as Director of Client Services. David joins the top five global travel management company from Flight Centre where he held the position of Leader of Implementations and brings six years of corporate travel experience with him.
Reporting to VP Sales and Client Services Shelley Mathews, David will oversee the implementation project managers, online implementation managers and online support teams while managing business growth and development.
“David will be tasked with further enhancing CTM’s implementation processes and supporting the development and growth of the company’s proprietary products,” said Shelley Mathews. “We’re delighted to have him on board.”
